Not sure really how much press this is getting but if the UK looses its AAA credit rating I think that this is a slippery downward slope which can only further push the UK into a deeper recession

Putting the creators of Pirate Bay into prison has just made more people aware of them and does not solve the ‘problem’, just make any type of media so cheap that its pointless for people not to buy it legally and in the way they want it. Not only will people buy more but they are going to keep coming back because they can use it the way they want to.

It seems that one way or another everything is coming to an iPhone, good job I just got a 3G one then. Slingbox are bringing out a player for iPhone – this is dreadful news as now I feel the need to purchase a slingbox, place it in my Mum’s house in the UK and then stream random crap British TV half way rounds the world.

I have had a iPhone for a week now and just starting to get into the whole experience and culture but reading about the new features coming soon I think Apple will be onto something here.

The only feature I have not read that they will be fixing is meeting invites – something I assumed was so basic when I was sitting in a meeting the other day and tried to create a follow up meeting and add people to it.

I really like the idea of these two getting it together, IBM is moving the right way when it comes to open source and the combination of the two could be really powerful.
