I live in Shanghai, China and founded Mad Jungle – a e-commerce company selling a broad range of products.
I moved to China in 2004 when my last boss asked me to move with him to start the company.

Hi Sam, do you have any experience with Chinese web hosting, specifically dedicated (or maybe cloud) hosting? Our current provider (within China) let us down badly, and we're now considering all options. Would Hong Kong be a better bet, given that we run things from the UK?

The only people I have worked with are Rackspace within Greater China http://www.rackspace.hk who were brilliant at managed hosting – hope this helps.
